We hope you are keeping safe and well during these strange times. To help support you in these times, please find below various topics that may be of interest. God bless.
Despite the restrictions of the current Covid-19 situation, we continue to meet (albeit virtually).
Our weekly virtual gathering takes place on Sundays at 12:00pm. Join the fellowship online via mobile device, laptop, or desktop. Alternatively you can join just by audio by phone on 0203 481 5237 using Meeting ID 963 2454 2808 and PIN 061049 (costs the same as a normal landline call). Please bring your own drinks and biscuits!
We have also been joining with other Oxford churches with joint services. Information of such upcoming worship will be made available through a various news platforms (e.g. weekly emailed newsheet and social media).
- The URC is providing a weekly service podcast as part of its Daily Devotions. These Sunday Services contain an order of service and words for you to sing along with the hymns.
- ROOTS online is offering resources for families and Resources for adults. They are free to access, updated every week, and have some great creative ideas.
At our Communion services, we usually collect food and hygiene essentials for Asylum Welcome and the Community Emergency Foodbank. At these times, the demand for their services is even greater, but it is hard for them to receive gifts in kind. Might you be able to support them financially with a regular gift? For more information, please see their websites: https://www.asylum-welcome.org/donate and http://www.cefoxford.co.uk/donate.asp.
