We are delighted to be back worshipping together in our building on Sundays. Worship will be at the normal time of 10.45am. Please arrive by 10.30am to allow us to follow Covid precautions and procedures.
To keep us all safe we will continue to follow social distancing guidelines so the number of seats available will be much reduced and will be spaced apart by 2 metres. Household and support bubble groups may sit together without the need for social distancing and we ask others to remain 2 metres apart at all time.
While the pandemic continues and cases in Oxford and the UK remain high, we are keen to worship in a Covid-safe way. That will mean some ongoing restrictions remain:
Everyone is asked to wear a face covering at all times unless exempt
No congregational singing will be allowed
Windows and doors will be kept open to improve ventilation
Keep 2 metres away from anyone not in your household or support bubble
If you can, please use your smartphone to scan the code on our poster using the NHS Covid19 app,
Please wait for a steward to show you to a seat
Please arrive by 10.30am so you can be safely seated alone or in your household/bubble group
We must not mingle with others inside the church building, either before or after worship
No refreshments will be served after worship for the time being
For any who feel unable to attend in person, you will continue to be able to access our services on Zoom while the restrictions are still in place. Details will be in the weekly email update.
If you are often in contact with others not in your household or support bubble, perhaps by virtue of your job or other activities we advise you to consider taking part in regular symptom-free testing to protect yourself and those around you. Around one in three people with Coronavirus infection are unaware of it so this is important extra protection. If you are not already doing this and don’t have a source of tests you can order them for use at home or pick them up from a local participating pharmacy.
