Annual Burns Celebration

Our last annual Burns Night celebration was on Saturday 25 January 2025 at 7.30pm at St Columba's. We enjoyed a traditional celebration dinner including haggis (veg, vegan and gluten-free options available), neeps, tatties, cheese, fruit, irn-bru, whisky, Scottish dancing, and other entertainments.

We had around 60 people attending and made in excess of £250 for the Oxford Winter Night Shelter. We consumed 3x3.6kg Chieftain Haggises and 3x 1.36kg vegetarian haggises, among other things!

It was a delight to welcome back some old friends of St Columba's, one of whom did a wonderful address to the Haggis, and to welcome some students and friends for the first time.

We look forward to welcoming you in 2026 with prices from just £6 for students/unwaged/families for a full evening of food, drink, entertainment and dancing.
