This agreement does not provide for access to any other part of the premises than that requested on the application form, except the toilet facilities.

Please also note that St Columba's reserves the right to withhold permission for alcohol or regulated entertainment to be used on our premises.

8. Safeguarding (child protection)

St Columba's takes the protection of children on our premises seriously. All Hirers that bring children under 18 years of age into the building must have a safeguarding policy. NOTE: St Columba's does not need to see the policy, but requires the Hirer to assure us that they have one.

9. Termination

The hiring agreement may be terminated immediately in the event of a breach of any one of these conditions, or any of the conditions set out in 'Notes for Hirers' (normally sent upon confirmation of booking).
